Unplug the USB cable from the back of the Audiobox. Wait 10 seconds. Plug it back in. (Do not use a USB hub; plug directly into the motherboard on the back of your PC). Right-click your Audiobox > Properties > Advanced

Presonus has removed the legacy VSL mixer drivers from newer Universal Control versions. You may need to download the specific "Audiobox VSL Series Driver" from the "Legacy Products" section of their website. And if you are on Windows 11 with an old 1818VSL... you may need to consider upgrading your hardware.
