The simulation genre has tackled everything from goat simulators to truck driving. Yet, one of the most complex, ethically fraught, and creatively demanding professions remains un-simulated: the adult video (AV) director. This paper theorizes the design and implications of an AV Director Life Game —a management sim where the player is responsible for casting, scripting, cinematography, compliance, and post-production.
