We live in an age that celebrates the reckless beginner. We buy their courses. We watch their failed livestreams. We cheer the margin call.

We are witnessing a renaissance of the "Desperate Amateur." And it is ending, as it always does, in mauling. Let’s start with the literal jungle, because nature is honest.
