Eclipse Decompiler Not Working: Updated
Keeps failing to decompile — useless for my workflow Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
I installed the Eclipse decompiler plugin hoping to quickly peek into library classes, but it simply doesn’t work. Most of the time, it either shows “Source not found” or throws an error when I try to open a class file. I’ve tried reinstalling, switching versions, and cleaning the workspace — nothing helps. When it occasionally does open a file, the decompiled code is full of syntax errors or weird placeholders. For a tool that’s supposed to save time, it’s just added frustration. I’m moving back to IntelliJ or using a standalone decompiler. Not recommended. eclipse decompiler not working
