Jungle Royalty and Kiosk Keith’s Revenge: Revisiting I’m a Celebrity… Season 13 (2013) i'm a celebrity, get me out of here! season 13 dts
The next day, the camp physically separated. Team "Snail" sat on one log, Team "No Snail" on the other. It was the most tense the jungle has been since the Lady C vs. Tony Hadley days. While the eating trials were vile (I still gag thinking about the "Cow’s Udder Smoothie"), the real villain of Season 13 was a man behind a glass screen: Kiosk Keith . The sight of four hungry celebrities watching Keith eat a doughnut in front of them while stone-faced is arguably the cruelest thing ITV has ever done. Joey Essex trying to negotiate with Keith by offering him a "shout-out on TOWIE" is a moment frozen in time. Best Moment: Alfonso Ribeiro teaching the camp to do The Carlton Dance on a bed of eucalyptus leaves, only to be immediately told to stop because it was attracting spiders. Tony Hadley days
What followed was an hour of television gold. Vincent cooked the snails anyway. A screaming match erupted about jungle etiquette, respect, and starvation. When Kian tried to mediate, Vincent accused him of "playing the hero."
For new fans: Kiosk Keith wasn't a celebrity. He was a grumpy extra who ran the treat shack. The camp would win luxury items (chocolate, beer, pillows), but they had to face Keith. If they failed a simple memory or dexterity game after winning the main trial, Keith would slam the window shut, smirk, and deny them the reward.
The camp was split down the middle. Vincent and Joey wanted to hunt for snails to supplement their rice and beans. Kian and Steve said no—they had been told by the producers that the snails were unsafe to eat raw.
