Gently massage the area around the stoma (not the stoma itself) in a circular motion. Then, place your palm over the stoma and apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds, release, and repeat. Your gut needs a break
Lie on your back and pull your knees toward your chest (like a happy baby pose). Roll gently from side to side. Gravity and movement often dislodge the offender.
