Find the Serial No. field. Copy this number.
Go to the Synology Warranty Check Page
Click "Check" .
Log into your Synology DSM interface.
Navigate to "Products" or "My Devices" . synology warranty check
Go to Main Menu (the "dots" icon, top left) > Control Panel .
Go to Info Center > General Tab .
Find your NAS in the list. The warranty expiration date will be displayed next to the serial number. If you don't see it: Click "Register a new product" and enter the serial number. Once registered, the correct warranty date (based on your invoice or manufacturing date) will appear. Method 3: Check via DSM (DiskStation Manager) You can find your serial number directly in the operating system, but you cannot see the expiration date here.
