Unblock Emails In Outlook Fix -

Click on Tools in the top menu bar.

Select Blocked Senders .

Go to Outlook.com and sign in.

Find an email from the blocked sender. Tap and hold the message (or tap the circle icon next to it). unblock emails in outlook
