Language Pack (offline Install) - Windows 11

Need to add a display language to Windows 11 on a PC that’s air-gapped or has a limited connection? Here’s how to do it completely offline using LPKs (Language Pack CABs).

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"C:\path\to\language

Go to Settings → Time & Language → Language & Region . Under “Preferred languages,” click “Add a language,” find your installed language, and select Set as my Windows display language .
